The management of Securities BackOffice Solutions, Inc. strongly
believes that ongoing system support is crucial to our relationship with our
clients. In order to accomplish this goal, we have established a support system
that enables system users to reach one of our support personnel quickly when a
system question arises. Users may contact us via a toll free support line or
designated email address. User questions are answered when received on the toll
free line or answered within 1-2 hours of receipt via our email help address. In
all cases, an acknowledgement of the user's question will occur within an hour
of receipt. In cases where a question or issue needs to be researched by our
support staff, the user will be informed of the status of their question on the
day it is received. User questions are typically answered within one hour of
receipt.
