Guerin, President of Securities BackOffice Solutions, Inc. and a member of the software development team, has an extensive background in securities compliance having previously served as the Director of Compliance for a large Broker Dealer in the Southeast and an NASD examiner in the Atlanta district office.

Our Securities ProStation back office operating system contains numerous compliance checks for rep licensing, customer suitability, audit tracking, continuing education tracking and sales practice reviews to name a few.

Our Securities SurveillanceStation compliance exception reporting system is designed to automate a number of NASD sales practice areas by searching all customer accounts daily for many activities and trends that could result in potential sales practice abuses and rule violations. Since the NASD has mandated the use of exception reports by its member firms (NASD Notice to Members 98-38) we believe that automating this time consuming process will assist all of our clients to comply with the myriad of rules and regulations present in the securities industry.
