Prior
to installation of Securities ProStation®, our staff will work with
each client to establish a plan of implementation that allows for
specific customization of the system to your particular business
needs.
This plan includes gathering information about the way you
conduct your business, contacting your clearing firm and any third
party product vendors to establish file downloads and interviewing key
personnel within your company to determine how the system can best
help each individual user.
Upon completion of this process, we will
implement a schedule of conversion of customer data files, establish a
user-training schedule and set a date for system installation.
Our staff will be on-site to install the
system and execute a comprehensive training schedule for all users according to
our joint plan of installation. After
installation and training are complete, our staff will continue to monitor the
transition to the system via regular conference calls and daily discussions with
system users.
