SBOS, Inc. was founded in 1997 for the sole purpose of designing a true automated securities commission system for the independent broker dealer.  We believe our commission software Securities ProStation® more than meets that objective.

SBOS, Inc also offers an automated compliance exception reporting system, Securities SurveillanceStation™ that was designed based on our staff’s securities compliance expertise. 

Today both systems are used by several small, medium and large broker dealers throughout the United States to maximize back office efficiency and minimize operational and compliance costs.
